Block Lab Postiz privacy policy
Scope
This notice covers the Block Lab GmbH website. Linked products and external websites have their own privacy notices. In particular, the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) applies.
Website and technical data
Requests transmit connection data to the serving system, including IP address, time, requested URL and technical request information. This supports delivery and troubleshooting. Netlify hosts this website and processes technical request data to deliver it.
Animations, videos and local settings
Graphics respond to scrolling, pointer, touch and keyboard input in your browser. The website code does not send this interaction data to Block Lab or third parties. Fonts, graphics and video examples load from the same server. The current code sets no analytics or advertising cookies and stores no visitor profiles or preferences in Local Storage. No external video, map or social widgets are embedded.
Email contact
If you email us, we process your email address, message and voluntarily supplied information to answer your enquiry and prepare a possible collaboration. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is unnecessary for your enquiry.
Appointments and external links
Booking uses a normal link to Cal.com, not an embedded calendar. Your browser contacts that external service only when you open the link. If you book, we process the contact and appointment details you provide to organise the conversation. Cal.com describes its own processing in its privacy policy.
Retention and recipients
Netlify processes technical request data. Email and calendar providers receive the details needed to deliver messages and manage bookings. Contact Block Lab to ask how long records of a particular enquiry are held.
Your rights
Contact us at the address below to ask about processing of your personal data or request access, correction, deletion or delivery where applicable law provides these rights. We may need appropriate proof of identity to handle a request. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
