Connecting an account

Block Lab GmbH is responsible for this integration. When you authorize the company TikTok account, TikTok supplies an account identifier, display name, profile image information and access and refresh tokens. Postiz stores connection details in its local database to identify the account and send authorized uploads.

Sending a draft to TikTok

Postiz stores selected videos on Block Lab’s computer. When an upload runs, Postiz sends the video to TikTok and uses an upload identifier to check delivery. TikTok delivers the draft to the authorized account’s inbox. The account holder controls editing and publication in TikTok.

Disconnecting or deleting data

To stop future authorized uploads, revoke the app’s access in TikTok. Local media and upload records can remain after revocation. Contact Block Lab to request access, correction or removal of local records, including stored media. Manage drafts and posts already delivered to TikTok in the TikTok account.
